7/PM: 15 Pa Mechanical & EP Polish ID/32 Ra Mechanical Polish OD

Other finish combinations are available, from 10 Ra maximum to 30 Ra minimum.

Materials:
AISI T316L stainless steel with a sulfur content of .005 - .017% is used for fitting manufacturing.

All fittings, including welded assemblies, are annealed for stress relief and tolerance retention.

Traceability: Material Test Reports (MTR) are printed and provided for all components used in fitting manufacturing or T316L custom assembly and will be sent to you at the time of shipment. All fittings are permanently marked with heat numbers for system validation.

Marking: The mill heat numbers, alloy (T316L), and name of manufacturer are permanently stamped on each fitting along with a pin-print for permanent identification per ASME-BPE.

Packaging: Each fitting is cleaned in Deionized water, dried with filtered air, all ends (weld or clamp) are capped and plastic bagged, then heat sealed and a label attached to the outside of the bag which lists the part number, part description and size, material type, heat number(s) and date of manufacture.
